Terms of sale
Draft for owner and legal review before launch. These terms explain exactly what a RapidELDT purchase includes.
Launch review required. The refund policy and operator details below must be confirmed by the owner, and must match the training provider's and the payment account's terms.
What you're buying
Each RapidELDT course is access to one online ELDT theory course (Class A, Class B or Hazmat) for one driver, delivered by our training provider, SaferELDT. Prices are shown on the course page before checkout and charged once. There's no subscription.
What's not included
- Behind-the-wheel training, which Class A and Class B applicants must complete separately with a registered BTW provider.
- Permits, licenses, endorsements, state fees, medical exams, TSA security threat assessments or tests.
- Any guarantee that you'll pass a state test, receive a CDL or endorsement, or be hired.
Course access and completion
After payment, course access instructions are sent to the email address you entered at checkout. To complete a course you must cover the required curriculum and score at least 80% on the theory assessment. After you complete it, the provider reports your completion to FMCSA's Training Provider Registry as federal rules require. Enter your name and license or permit details exactly as they appear on your license so your record matches.
One driver per purchase
A course purchase is for the driver who enrolls. Businesses training several drivers should request group training.
Refunds
Refunds may be requested before course access has been created. Once course access has been issued by our partner training provider, refunds may be limited or unavailable except where required by law. If you believe you purchased the wrong course or entered incorrect information, contact support@rapideldt.com as soon as possible.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Secure checkout by Stripe. You'll get course access instructions by email after payment. Payment is currently processed under our sister brand, Get CDL Texas, so that name appears at checkout.
