Common questions
I paid. When do I get access?
Course access instructions are sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder first. If nothing has arrived, contact us using the same email and we'll look up your order.
How do I know my completion was reported?
Your provider must submit it to FMCSA's Training Provider Registry by midnight of the second business day after you finish. See how completion reporting works and what to do if your record doesn't appear.
Which course should I buy?
Match it to the credential you're getting: Class A, Class B or Hazmat. Still unsure? Use the course finder in who needs ELDT, or ask us below.
I'm buying for several drivers
Send a group training request instead of buying seats one by one. A team member will follow up to plan courses and payment.
Refunds
Refunds may be requested before course access has been created. Once course access has been issued by our partner training provider, refunds may be limited or unavailable except where required by law. If you believe you purchased the wrong course or entered incorrect information, contact support@rapideldt.com as soon as possible.
